ASIJ teacher's info
Reiko Aya has been teaching different grades and language levels for over fifteen years. Before joining ASIJ in 2013, she was a classroom teacher at a Japanese immersion school in Oregon, taught live-online classes at Seton Hill University in Pennsylvania and has been teaching Japanese as a foreign language to students who are new to Japanese, as well as teaching near-native speakers.
She has degrees and certificates from Portland State University, State University of New York and Toyo University. Tokyo is her hometown.
In her spare time, she likes to make stained glass panels and lamps. She looks forward to meeting with your child!
